Goodman Law Firm is dedicated to providing efficient and aggressive representation to clients throughout California and the United States. The firm provides representation in civil ligation, from pre-litigation demands and case assessments, to and through discovery, law and motion, depositions and trial. The firm provides representation to individuals as well as large national corporations. The firm's corporate clients include telecommunications companies, a broad array of financial services companies including creditors, mortgage lenders and servicers, debt purchasers and collection agencies, small businesses and individuals.

The firm handles a variety of business litigation matters including cases involving commercial disputes and unlawful business practices, personal injury and general tort defense, and various consumer claims including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), and their state analogues.

Our founding attorney, Brett Goodman, received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from the University of California, Davis. During law school, Brett clerked with the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. He is licensed in California and practices before State and Federal Courts throughout the country. Brett has successfully arbitrated and mediated dozens of cases. Before forming Goodman Law Firm, Brett represented large corporations, small business, and individuals at a national law firm.
