We have helped our clients with:

• Drafting contractual consent provisions to ensure compliance with the TCPA
• Preparing TCPA consent scripts to include in marketing materials including website forms, e-mails and for use during telephone calls
• Drafting privacy policies and disclosures to ensure compliance with the CCPA
• Drafting policies to ensure compliance with Section 1681b of the FCRA, which requires a permissible purpose to obtain a consumer credit report from the Credit Reporting Agencies, including Equifax, Experian and Transunion
• Reviewing dunning letter templates to ensure compliance with the FDCPA
• Ensuring call recording procedures comply with all applicable statutes, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), California Penal Code § 630, et seq.
• Formulating robust procedures to ensure proper handling of consumer disputes relating to identity theft and the California Identity Theft Act (CITA), California Civil Code § 1798.92, et seq.

We also assist our clients with the defense of catastrophic injury actions including bodily injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents and pedestrian accidents, among others. We defend bodily injury lawsuits throughout California, and handle significant catastrophic injury pre-litigated matters. • Re-negotiation of commercial lease resulting in early termination and buyout
• Negotiation and restructuring of business loans and debts resulting in more favorable payment terms for clients
• Mediation of numerous litigated matters alleging violations of the California Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR), and various other mortgage-servicing related claims
